Best Chinese takeaway in Westend in my opinion. Been using these guys for 3 years now. And never had a bad meal from them. Friendly staff and just amazing food
Ordered some food from this restaurant and its an hour and a half late .
Happy Saturday and called the restaurant 14 times and it just rings through.
One star
Would give 0* if I could. Currently pulling longer shifts and extra shifts as a NHS worker and needed something quick and hassle free for dinner after a long, stressful shift. Our order took almost 2 hours to arrive, during which we must have phoned at least 20 times to chase up with no answer and after all that, the food was cold and extremely disappointing. Might as well have got an extra 2 hours sleep to be perfectly honest. Avoid at all costs.
Most of our order was okay,but our chow meins looked absolutely vile! Was filled with slimey goo, and when we called and asked about what we could do, I.e. new servings as we hadn't touched them, they said they couldn't help us at all and that we had to stay with it. Absolutely disgusted with their service, never ordering from them again.
If you don’t mind your food being 90 minutes late, Luke warm, unable to get the takeaway to answer the phone even with 10 calls, saying delivered on just eat 60 mins before it arrived meaning you have to get hold of just eat for a refund which is impossible, order away. Scamming takeaway that won’t ever get my custom again and I’ll be sure to negative review on every site I can find: also filed a claim with just eat!
