Good fish and chips and generous portions. Takes gluten free VERY seriously. Owner has a coeliac in the family and understands the significance of cross contamination. Won't even put non gluten and gluten in the same bag. Sometimes there's a wait but it's popular and (carefully) cooked fresh, so that's why!

Extremely friendly staff. Owner was making jokes while we waited. Food was very tasty and looked crisp golden like they were using fresh oil to cook with. Really good experience. Would use again

Best chip shop around, chips are lovely and fish is flavoursome and huge. Food can take a while but purely down to how busy they are. For me that's a sign they are very very popular.

Just Delicious. you must try the Homemade Chicken Breast burger. All cooked fresh to order. Good things come to those who wait!!!

Slightly pricy but always superb quality and delivered on time..... further to this review... rude and arrogant and unbelievably, despite spending money as a family twice monthly for many many months, we accepted an order that turned up short, only a portion of chips and a curry sauce, but short. We phoned the shop to be assured that this would not be an issue and that we would be reimbursed to that amount on our next order. We rang tonight to place the usual 20 pound plus order to be basicly accused of lying about being owed a portion of chips and curry sauce. I stated that I was offended that as long term customers we would even do that and hung up. Well I have just witnessed nothing but threats and abuse aimed at my wife down the phone and rudeness that I have never heard from a retailer. Disgusting people even threatened us with the police!!! Have used you for years but as from now well I wish you all the worst and hope that life treats you accordingly..... disgusting people...
