Second time having food from here and both times having been superb. The food is incredible and a taste sensation. Doesn't give you that fat/guilty feeling and instead leaves you licking the dinner plate.

Great food! Ignore all the reviews from roughly 6 months ago. Shanghai Garden was one of about 5 restaurants open in the whole of Southampton during lockdown
Generally good food.. but just found a lump of gravel in the bloody chow mein...
Minimum order of almost £30, £4 delivery fee (during covid no less) and most of the food ended up being fed to the dogs as it was bland and tasteless (curry sauce, chips and rice). Will not order again as it was a waste of £40. We waited for an hour for the delivery and had not eaten all day so we ate as much as we could instead of calling the restaurant (and potentially waiting again or getting the same quality food).
Ordered meal at 6.15 they said a hour finally came at 8pm after 2 phone calls saying it’s round corner not very happy
