Cancelled order through just eat. Tried phoning restaurant for over an hour and phone constantly engaged. When I finally managed to get hold of them they said I didn’t answer the door. Do not order from them.
This is a new Chinese for us, and we love the food here. We have ordered twice in 2 weeks. They have great portions and all our meals are very yummy. Brilliant takeaway place.
Poor customer service, taking to many orders and not able to prepare them all. Staff were confused what order was what! Receipts everywhere. I was told that my order will be ready for collection in 15 minutes it wasn't ... I turned up after 20minutes they hadn't even started cooking it!!!! I had to wait a further 30minutes! I will not be returning!
Ordered through just eat. When ordering they reported that delivery time would be 45 minutes. I.5 hours later still no food. Phone line constantly busy ... assume the phone is taken off the hook , probably because people are phoning to complain !!!! 2 hours after ordering still no food so cancelled the order. Wish we had read the reviews before ordering as they all seem to say the same thing. Avoid !!!!
We ordered a takeaway from this restaurant via j'ust eat", which did not arrive. When I contacted the restaurant they did not apologise and in fact lied about the delivery. I will definitely not be using this place again and suggest you also avoid it.
