Its the first time I've ever been to this cinema and the experience was fab. The things in place for corona were well organised and there was anti bacterial wipes and hand sanitiser throughout. The staff were really helpful and communication was great. The seats were extra comfy and the drinks were really good value for money. Will definitely again.
Very easy to book and collect tickets on arrival. Hand gel provided. Staff cleaning and making safe. First time and impressed by comfort and quality of speakers. Time to go back and enjoy cinema experience! Great to enjoy films on big screen again!
Easy to access and always immaculately clean. The seats are extremely comfortable as well as being reclining. And all the screens are on the large to very large scale. Staff are very friendly and proactive which creates a very comfortable and safe environment.
As far as food goes, the prices are reasonable compared to other cinemas and the variety of snacks and goodies is huge.
If you are in Southampton and want to watch a film I would definitely recommend this cinema.
It was a good experience, all the precautions and safety measures are properly followed. There is option to buy tickets on the spot from the ticket counter on 2 floor and there are self service kiosk's as well to get the pre booked ticket. You will need your card which has been used to book the ticket to pickup the tickets.
Love going here with the family, great cinema experience. The only bad thing id say is that some of the frequently used leather reclining seats are becoming worn. Tough cardboard like leather!
