The food is normally very good and delivered mostly on time..unfortunately recently we have had to wait over 2.5hrs for a delivery...no phone call to say it will be late, we have also tried to call to cancel but impossible..we understand that things go wrong occasionally and we like to support local business..after tonight’s wait I don’t think we will be supporting Kung Fu Wok as you have tried our patience & understanding once too often.. such a shame as we enjoy really your food, so if we ever get our delivery before the end of 2020 it will be our last order with you!!😢😢😢😢 really not great people service

Love this Chinese and is still our take away of choice.....Great food......friendly.......order direct on their website and last couple of times I've been able to order in advance and delivery has been spot on time......I honestly don't understand the negative reviews as that is not our experience at all. Well done NKFW......thankyou.....delicious dinner this evening!

Ordered at 6pm and confirmed it would be 7:10pm delivery for sweet n sour chicken and rice. Not a huge delivery. But it is now 7:50pm and just told it will now be 8:15pm over 2 hours later. Had to cancel as going to work to start at 9pm. Terrible service!!!! Go elsewhere they are not interested.

I must say, I am impressed, for a spontaneous try of a new restaurant as the one we are currently using is shut I was amazed! The staff were welcoming and the service was rather quick. The food was outstanding! The salt and pepper chips were perfect. The lamb in black bean sauce was so tender and tasteful... I will happily eat from here again. 5/5
