UK Storage Company Fareham

I needed storage for a short time and this was easy to arrange. I felt that this storage facility was secure and safe. I never felt unsafe when putting objects in my unit and some of my visits were at night. The unit was securely locked with my own lock which was new in its sealed package. When it came time for me to empty the unit it was easy to phone and confirm that the it was no longer needed, emptied and that I had taken the lock away. Good service and should I need storage in the future I would not hesitate to use again.

(You also nee to check Trust Pilot for this company rather then these reviews here as they are probably paid for or incentivised). The worst storage company I have ever come across. Firstly the "size" calculator is very misleading, then they put you in a unit with roof beams cutting through the middle further reducing the size and do not mention this when ordering the unit. There was many units empty on the ground floor and first floor yet if you take their "promotional offer" they will only allow you to chose a unit at the furthest point away from the entrance on the top floor. They also increase your pricing multiple times without warning even after the promotional rates ended. When I called they said they "posted" this information yet when they want payment they can email and call? The increase happened 2 or 3 times within 12 months! I also tried to change payment to monthly as everyone these days are paid monthly and they wanted to charge a fee to do this. They invoice you 2 weeks before your rental period starts and expect it to be paid within a week before the rental period starts, they do not allow 14 or 30 days to pay the invoice and instead charge a late fee. They also charge for not paying by direct debit. Avoid this company at all costs and go to a reputable storage company that don't consistently try to rip you off and make it impossible to cancel the account. Oh and they also claim my unit was not cleared out or unlocked which is bull. I have requested they check their CCTV as I even waved my lock in front of the CCTV to prove its unlocked. I am sure they will claim the CCTV was "under maintenance" or something similar when they respond. Stay away, it really is not worth the headaches and extortionate rates and hidden fees. *Update to the response. This response is very clear on their type of attitude and lack of care to customers and that they only care about their reviews. they clearly want to protect these reviews (Making the claim they don't pay or incentivise anyone even more suspicious) They would rather try and slate me publicly on this forum stating I was a consistent late payer (Paid on the same date every month, only after realised it was a 4 weekly charge and that's when I called to change to monthly and was told it would cost a fee of I believe £30 + Vat). I am sure many will read not only my review but your response and hope they can instantly see where your care lies and to stay away. You mention there is no charge to pay monthly yet there is if you don't pay by direct debit. £5 + Vat per month for paying by BACS! You claim we can cancel by phone or email? I did that and emptied the unit and removed the lock on the weekend, then just over a week later your team claim your "maintenance" team went in and checked and my unit was still locked yet that is absolutely incorrect, so you do not make it easy to cancel either clearly, (I have all this in writing to confirm) My review is correct based on my own experiences and I do not respect your attack on me in retaliation to my genuine post.

The friendly and very responsive team set up my room very quickly the deal and terms and conditions were explained properly. When it came time to stopping the lease, again the team were very responsive and helpful and although it is all done over the phone they are very efficient and communicate very well.

Used only for short while between moves. Very easy to get set up. Very clean, great access, very secure. Would happily store stuff here again.
