Been waiting over 2 weeks for a refund and no one has replied to your online support message in 4 days. PM8824878 Not collected. Still waiting full refund. PM8770905 Not collected. It is a shame that someone seems to have used this business as a scam address. The actual company, Cloud Fulfilment are amazing them. SdPh have been using them for 3 months now. I was very nervous about onboarding but it was literally a walk in the park. Alvin, Ian and Tony seem to be the dream team and are very proactive and constantly improving our business through their diligence.
The online platform is VERY impressive as well
No communication at all i assume as its only a warehouse they just pack and paid no one to answer calls very frustrating. Not very reliable
Purchased a Love Island themed water bottle for my wife’s birthday as a bit of fun. ‘Personalised Bottles’ who are based at this address charged me £17.00 which is now how much I appear to have lost as nothing has been delivered and I can’t get hold of anyone here.
