We bought a boat off them (small rib) at the time we were told she would need retubing in the next 3 to 4 years but would only cost about £2k so don't worry too much. Fast forward all of 1 month rubes deflated they kept telling us its fine just the hot weather we kept the boat in the dry stack there. In the end 18 months later she was unuable we had to have them retubed which we were quoted £4-£5k. We decided to sell the boat back to JBT and they took £7k off the price for retubing etc. Then they retubed it and sold it for another £10k !! Stay away. We were new to boating so knew no better. Feel sick to my stomach at this now, was only when we spoke to a seasoned boat owner they told us JBT were well know for this.
Really helpful team. Can't fault there support and knowledge. Helped me enjoy my boating over a number of years on my first big rib. Worth considering for both product purchase and ongoing support from their high quality services.
