Very expensive service for the quality you get. Responsiveness exists only until they secure the job but after that zero respect for the client. I was asked to pay cash, informed that I would only pay by card or bank transfer. Since then, I have been trying to get my invoice for the services paid and Ι get no replies.

They are absolutely brilliant! This is the second time I've used them myself (plus I have recommended them to students, friends and colleagues needing piano removals) and they do deliver the goods amazingly well! I have and I would thoroughly recommend them!! Thank you for fantastic job today, moving my new grand piano!

So I used this company to move my home contents into a storage facility. They used one Luton van and drove the distance of 8.2 miles and placed it in storage for me they charged £750 which all was well and good until I went to the storage facility my self and had a look at what they had done, my items looked as if they were literally thrown in with out care, my 70inch tv was stored with things practically balancing around it with sharp ends and poles to other types of furniture with in close proximity of the screen pointing at it so if anything was to lose balance I lose my tv and wouldn’t be able to claim on their insurance since they would take no liability for anything after they have moved it. I wish I could add photos of the appalling way they stored my items just to show how poor it was, I mean they were efficient in speed, yes they moved everything quick but in that they lost keeping their quality and care of my property. Considering it cost £750! You’d think they’d take the time and effort to ensure my goods were stored safely and securely. If you want something moved or a removal I highly recommend agincourt removals they were amazing moving me into my home couldn’t fault them at all And Half the price! I will add that the council paid this price for me and it seems parhams removals took advantage of a guaranteed payout and asked for a Hefty price and practically ran with it with out a care in the world for their customer I will add my pool got damaged in removal process, I called to query this and they denied all responsibility for it and actually tried to argue and accuse me of lying, very unprofessional on their behalf they even had several people ring me to argue about it, after some discussion they agreed they would replace it but not with out adding that just because they are buying a new pool doesn’t mean they are taking liability for the damage. AVIOD! AVIOD

Would certainly recommend Parhams for house removals. Polite, efficient & amazing to watch how they packed /unpacked all our home! Thank you so very much.

We moved 3 weeks ago with the help of Parhams and First Class. Wow they were absolutely amazing, professional, friendly and a good price. We couldn't of done it without them. Would definitely recommend, good to keep business local!
