Usually a lovely place but the customer service has gone downhill. Food is nice but the woman who takes the phone calls is very rude, called us a liar for her mistake and demanded more money to cover it. Used for 7 years but looking elsewhere now.
Okay food, poor service and delivery takes forever. Booked through the website many times but never arrives when you wanted it to. Looking for another Chinese if anyone has any suggestions?
Ordered food 3 hours ago and still waiting for delivery. Looks like toast to end the year. Thanks Fortune House, your menu has been shredded. Take the one star with a pinch of salt, zero was not an option
Poor service, ordered food more than 2 hours ago and was told would be 1 hour , tried phoning but permanently engaged. Food eventually arrived but half was hot and half cold, at least hot food tasted nice
Always good food delivered on time....not had a bad meal from here yet. Highly recommended.
