Not a happy customer. They broke our American style fridge freezer and despite us shelling out £150 for their insurance policy they refused to offer a penny in compensation. AVOID.

Awful company, didn't pack or cover any of my furniture and as a result when It was delivered it was all damaged. We moved all our furniture to another country and everything was damaged. Everything was scratched, dented, marked or broken. This was fairly new furniture and I was assured by Whites that it would be carefully packed and cared for and a fee for this was taken. I was also lied to as to when the furniture arrived in the country which resulted in extra travelling costs to meet the furniture on arrival I STRONGLY recommend staying away from this company as they just don't care

Dreadful experience. The removers bragged about intentionally breaking belongings of clients if they annoyed them or didn't tip them enough. Broke numerous items as well (clearly didn't tip them at all!) I'd rather use my bike to move my house than use White & Co again.

The guys in the vans are fantastic. So helpful and upbeat, they made the experience of moving so much easier. Our entire flat was moved in quick time and they were very accomodating about timings. Nothing was damaged and the guys were very careful. The only complain was that it took the company a long time to collect the flattened boxes after moving day, which took up a lot of space in our lounge and was rather inconvenient. Even so, I would use them again because of how helpful they were on the day.

They give you all what they say they will do but ,its not a100% we had our furniture wrapped in paper and taped ie:fridges/electrical etc clothing put in boxes with other stuff, and put into crates ,it was in storage for about 9 months ,(moved to spain) when it eventually arrived ,and was to be unloaded found it stuffed at back of lorry with new table and chairs stacked on top of one another,plus fridge/and freezer dented my 50yr old vase on a pedestal smashed dented microwave , and when we emailed them ,didn't reply and when we finally got through slow to respond (so in a nut shell would I use them again ( Nahh!! ) .not as as good as you think .
