I got delivery of my fridge today ... No one called me the day before or gave me some information about the delivery in advance... Your driver called me the same day with “ we will be there around 11:00 - 13:00”...I am sorry, but this is really inappropriate I got sms from you 2 days before delivery that “ your delivery will be with you tomorrow” the next day I called around 16:00 where is the delivery and some guy on phone said “oh was mistake the parcel is somewhere in the middle of the way to you” I am sorry! but I took a day off! And then this plus your professionals damaged my lights in the kitchen… And when I pointed it out he said “ its ok, just screw it... bye” I am speechless…. So right now I am with 60kg fridge in the middle of the room, and destroyed lights=Service provided by your company is really satisfying
