Professional set up with good, clean storage units available in various sizes. Well explained process for joining and good social distancing measures. Would give 5 stars but the lift has been out of action for at least a couple of months now and my unit is on the first floor...
Just unloaded at this branch and Karen could not do enough for us. She showed us around, showed us where the hand sanitiser was and even offered us hot drinks. Really appreciated the kind thought which makes a big difference after a long day. 5 stars.

Having used other storage companies before I have to say LoknStore Hedge End is the nicest I've used. The manager and team have been so polite and helpful to my needs, and the supply of cups of tea was a nice touch.
The site is clean and secure, I had to sign in on every visit so they knew I was there and the building was covered by CCTV, when I was there for a few hours I did see the staff walking and checking the site which was a comfort to see. The building has recently had a refit which has caused some minor disruption but the team have been on hand to minimise any blocked access and always apologised, it's worth it as it now looks even better. I would have no problem recommending this company in Hedge End for storage!
