Very safe secure storage facility. Very high quality setting. Staff accommodating to your needs. Plenty of different size trolleys to use . Easy to access. Always parking spaces right outside. Both staff and store manager are friendly and very helpful. Paula and Bill are top notch employees.
We required instant additional space after finding our our builders brought our home extension project forward ! We visited Paula at Cubic Storage Southampton and within the hour we were ready to 'move in'! Hassle free sign-up, modern facilities with good security. Would definitely recommend this storage facility if you need that extra bit of space at a affordable price.
I first used Cubic a year ago and the service was second to none by Paula, so had no hesitation in contacting them again when I now find I need another urgent storage solution. Paula has been so helpful and very quick to respond to my problem. Their units are very clean and dry. Access is great; I can unload or load very easy and can get into my unit from 6am to 10pm - 7 days a week. I highly recommend Cubic for any of your storage needs!
The service given by the staff is very professional, very helpful and pleasant , and made me feel welcome. The unit was very secure and I could take items more or less when I wanted cannot fault their service at all . One very happy customer 😊
