Good prices, nice staff and they had everything I needed.
I don't advise anybody to buy from The Barge!!!. We bought a pump for a new sink on our boat and it broke after 5 weeks, no receipt was given at the time. When my husband took it back he was told it wouldn't be exchanged because 'I don't know what you have done with it'. We 'haven't done anything with it' apart from connecting it from the water tank to the tap. Expensive and obviously rubbish quality. We always had boats and never ever has a pump given up on us, even after several years. Bad quality, bad prices and very bad customer service

Visited my friend here 4 or 5 times who has a motor cruiser. Very pleasant place. Showers were a little bit slow to heat up tho. Apparently its a very reasonable place to store a boat including electric, WiFi etc and some all year residency happening here, seems like a lovely existence to me.
Decent walks nearby. Close to the motorway bridge, but you can't really hear the traffic, maybe the odd lorry.
Was lovely going up the Hamble on my buddy's boat and a privilege to have been invited.
