Food is REALLY GOOD on this place.
Just one concern, sometimes this place is extremely busy so staff is confused when preparing orders.
A couple of times, a few items were missing from my bag although I had ordered them. Double checked the receipt and I was right.
Double check what's inside your bag before you leave the store or just after you receive your delivery.
Ordered Delivery today, missing chips didn't go down well with the grandchildren no response when I called
Absolutely disgusting, cold soggy chips, probably cooked hours prior to order, definitely not cooked to order or within 30 minutes of placing order. Chicken was dry and one piece missing from a 6 piece bargain bucket! Avoid at all costs, save your money and go to one of the very many and higher quality takeaways in Farnborough.
I will never re-visit the KFC in Farnborough
Great customer service from Michelle Penny at the Farnborough branch. Really went above and beyond when serving. Very resilient when it came to making my order. Head office, please merit her hard work and customer care.
