Food was ready for collection on time. But I have to say no flavour what so ever.
Rice was cold, nan bread had no noticeable flavour. Both main dishes were completely flavour less.
Really disappointed and won't be using saffron again.

Absolutely disgusted with the service we have just received from Saffron .
We placed an order with them using uber eats, food never turned . Called Saffron to see where our food was and was told the driver was unable to deliver as he either dropped our food or ran off with it !!!
I asked for it to be replaced and the answer was NO as not their responsibility even though they have a contract with uber eats .
Asked for a refund and again got told NO ..
Please do not use Saffron, ,they take your money and very disappointed. Would give them a 0 star but not possible..
Friendly staff and delivery drivers are great food was on time and fast the meal was piping hot bloody amazing food
Ordered a delivery - food was over 40 minutes late. The meals were awful - had chicken tikka massala - no flavour it looked and tasted like an Italian mascarpone sauce!! Everything were greasy and slimy won’t be using this place again and certainly wouldn’t recommend it.
This is the best Indian takeaway in the area. Great flavours. Lots of delicious vegetarian dishes. We shall be back. Thank you 👍🏼
