Lovely staff and great food. Staff dealt really well with a rude customer whose children were not sitting down and running around the restaurant so other customers could enjoy their food and follow Covid rules. Well done and looking forward to returning soon. 5 stars!
At the moment you enter this place the stuff gives you an enjoyable feeling. Very warm hosts, it is a good restaurant to hang out with buddies or with your date. Excellent meals, creative chef de cuisine, reasonable cost and excellent service. Warmly recommended.
Disgraceful behaviour, not a child friendly restaurant. We arrived at 5pm, Experienced a horrible meal out with my family partly due to service and a lot to do with a table behind us. one member of staff in particular (lady with black framed glasses that greets customers as they walk in) handled the situation poorly, she was rude addressing us in regards to our concerns, which made us feel uncomfortable.
Covid restrictions were not clear.
On a positive not I will give praise to our waitress, she was lovely and understanding to the situation !!
Unfortunately, we won’t ever be returning.
First visit after lockdown, felt so safe. Social distancing and cleaning adhered to. Delicious pizza as always, super fast service. Very impressed. Will be back soon!
Fantastic restaurant, would recommend to anybody. Customer service is fantastic and it is very family friendly - I eat regularly here with my young children and can’t praise the staff enough.
