This restaurant is my preferred one. I visit plenty of restaurants but to this one I constantly return again and again. The crew is very cordial and the cooking they serve is so tasty. I never miss an opportunity to have a good meal in this place. I recommend this place with pleasure.

Myself and my partner have just ordered for the first time and we are very impressed! We used the just eat app and on delivery the gentleman was super polite wished us a lovely weekend etc. When opening our delivery there was a couple of issues regarding my partners order, no cheese on chips and chicken sheesh instead of chicken donner, when we phoned a lovely lady answered who couldn't apologise enough for the mistake, she said she would send us out a replacement of chips as my partner said he was happy with sheesh, on second delivery once again super polite and couldn't apologise enough the lady had replaced my partners chips with cheesy chips and to say sorry he also got a small box of chicken donner for the inconvenience, definitely recommended! Will be returning!!

First time ordering from this place new to area and they took Multiple attempts of Card payments from 2 cards over the phone, only to constantly till me cards were declined, even though while I was on the phone I was checking both online accounts and they both had more than enough funds to cover what I was ordering, when I mentioned I don't get why both my cards are being declined, I'm obviously going to have to order from somewhere else etc the person on the phone literally laughed it off instead of what most business people probably would've been a bit bothered about losing business. then for some unknown reason I started getting texts saying go onto this link to pay securely for your order or your order was cancelled then received an email about telling me that my order was cancelled, but I never gave these people my email address they could barely get my post code correct after 4 attempts total shambles at best. Now im Smally paranoid about the personal details ive supplied them, so will not be going anywhere near this place ever again and if any money starts getting deducted from my account Suspiciously, I will know exactly where it has come from.

It's my first time ordering from Victoria kebab. Food smell very good when I opened the box unfortunately the chicken is pretty burnt and taste bitter. I'll try again next time and request not to burnt the chicken. The salad looks good and appertising!
