Shaun and his team helped me move from Sandhurst to Ascot, they were great to deal with, very professional, polite and couldn't do enough to help , There pricing was very good would highly recommend

Shaun and Colin were fantastic from start to finish, they helped get us moved from a 1 bed flat into a 3 bed bungalow with ease. They're reliable, professional, careful (most importantly), and genuinely lovely guys. We had told them 20 boxes, but in fact probably had 25 boxes, they didn't bat an eyelid and got on with the job in a swift and efficient manner. I would put zero if I could. Purely on the after care i received when I claimed for an item damaged on moving day. The claim was only for £45.00 but Alphabet would not reimburse me. Instead blaming me for the breakage, even though I was not even in the room at the time. So I would question they even have insurance. Such a shame they let themselves down after a smooth move. I would not recommend as I question they have insurance and they are not registered with the removal guild.

Having moved many times over the years I can honestly say this was by far my best experience. Mr Atkins and his team were friendly and thoroughly professional. I would be more than happy to use their services again and would be very pleased to recommend them to anybody looking to move home.
