Completely surprised by the transformation here. Shop was immaculately clean, the staff were excellent especially Kia. Great service, and everything was superb. Well done to KFC Winchester for an amazing improvent all round. I'm impressed.

Decent service and quality for fast food
Ordered a big mac with a medium fries and a mcflurry and got given what they said was an 80 piece popcorn chicken, got given 79 pieces. See you in court McDonalds! I didn't even know McDonalds did popcorn chicken tbh, still not as good as KFC's tho
female member of staff on the tills was extremely rude and pretty poorly spoken tbh (communication skills not language skills).
But I’m sure the other staff members are of a better nature. Can’t let one ‘Karen’ ruin a decent workforce.
