Placed an order with at 22:30 with an expected delivery time of 23:25, the delivery was then late. I rang the takeaway twice I was told” it wouldn’t be long “it then arrived at 00:05 (40 minutes later). After receiving the takeaway 1 hour and 35 later part of my order was missing , I rang the takeaway to be rudely spoke to and made out that the item was there and wasn’t missing, in the end I just ended the phone because of the bad customer service.
First time used Thali and really impressed. Pleasant friendly staff and easy to order. Always a gamble with a new takeaway provider, but food hot and really tasty and exactly what we anticipated. Happy to use again for sure
Gotta be THE best Indian around, lovely food good sizes & great price need a nice traditional Indian this is the place! highly recommended.
