The store manager Syed was really excellent, he was very patient and flexible in working out the best room size for me, it's quite difficult to tell what you need! Definitely recommended. Tim
Amazing what you can get into a 60sq ft space!
Good facility but unfortunately let down by the teams service. Problems with IT systems being frequently offline, problems with direct debits not working, issues with access to storage facility difficult to resolve and when I physically went to the site no one was in the office to help
I moved my stuff in when they were Alligator storage. They were then taken over by Safestore and within six months they'd jacked up the price by 15%. I complained but the area manager insisted it’s okay to do this as it’s "in theIr T&Cs". They know you can’t move without a lot of time and hassle so this is what they do. I also told them about access doors being left open, this happened several times. I’ve now left and would not recommend Safestore Winchester, there are plenty of alternatives with more secure storage and who won’t change the price after you move in.
