This lot is all about going to premises and charge for call out charges. They can not diagnose problems and cannot even fix anything. Yes they can clean the unit with vacuum cleaner. I will not recommend them. They diagnosed my compressor was gone where as another company engineer changed one fuse and things are back up and running. This company charged 120 cash (wasted of-course) whereas one qualified engineer only charged me 80 for this small problem which apparently 2cool refrigeration services couldn’t even find!

Terrible guy making threats to random people. Saw it with my own eyes and his poor wife sitting in the car absolutely unbelievable avoid this company
Excellent knowledge and staff will go out there way to fix the problem.. would highly recommend this company and would also like to say thanks for time and patience for helping me .
Unprofessional. No manners whatsoever ! Loud while woking in customer area. Customers felt annoyed but still these two (male and female) kept talking about their personal stuff. At the end couldn’t even figure out the problem. Left place messy. Will not recommended. Waste of time, food and money .
