Simplicity itself! Requested a quote online which was all very straightforward and when I went ahead and reserved a unit, I received a money off voucher (for merchandise) which I was able to use on the purchase of boxes. Received a phone call (nice personal touch) and an email confirmation. It was also easy to change the date of the start of my contract, with no penalty. Very nice friendly staff. All in all a good experience during a very stressful time.

Honestly, a terrible storage facility. On most of my visits the lift has been out of order - on one occasion the stairs too! No email informing customers of this. One one of my trips I ended up taking most of my items back home with me again as they were too heavy to carry up the stairs. No (not even slight) temperature control. I was given a storage room with a very suspicious amount of foam filler in the roof which when I questioned, was told that it had leaked but not to worry "it's sorted now". Oh, and I got locked in the compound one night and had to wait nearly an hour for the night watchman (who was in Croydon at the time - because apparently one guy covers all of Surrey at night) to come and open the main gate. The only thing I can say in it's favour is I do like the sales guy Fran. I've included a couple of choice images from October and November (and they have never offered - in fact have refused any sort of compensation for the inconvenience). If I hadn't already dropped off so much stuff I'd have moved it elsewhere.
