I have weakness with my left hand and so require a tailored workout. Callum certainly knows his stuff as with a few adjustments here and some stretches there I can now safely work with weights (upper + lower body) I never could before in other gyms. The results of which are fantastic. Highly recommended.

Given I am in my late fifties Callum really helped me get going again with my fitness and weight loss and build the mental toughness to push on and succeed. Changing eating patterns and understand diet has all been a part of this help. I would highly recommend getting in touch with Callum.

I row at club level and really wanted to improve my technique on the water, plus build on my 30r20 and 5k erg scores. Having read that Callum is a rowing coach and has rowed as a professional athlete himself, I contacted him to see whether he could help. He gave me a structured program and within a month my erg splits had improved massively - I also PB'd on my 5k. I am a lot more efficient on the water and I have gained a lot more confidence in my ability! Highly recommend Callum, he is brilliant!

I came to Callum after losing a bit of weight during lockdown and wanting to put this back on. His task was to make me bigger and stronger ! Callum put together a workout and diet plan that helped me achieve these goals, hitting PB's in all major lifts. 7KG weight gain in 3 months. Great communication, motivation and knowledge. Highly recommended.

With a background in elite sport (rower), Callum brings knowledge and experience from high level performance to each training session, yet is able to connect with and inspire all levels of ability. It feels like he has genuinely spent time before each training session putting thought into my previous performance with fresh ideas to help push me to my potential. With creativity and inventiveness, Callum manages to make each session feel bespoke. He is a natural coach with a highly intuitive sense of what is possible on the day, often to my own surprise!
