Yoga Pad Henley has made me fall in love with yoga! I am currently doing a 6 week workshop with all three teachers...and I can honestly say, they are all fantastic. They have helped me to develop my practice and gain confidence. My fitness, flexibility, strength and well-being has never been better- despite having two young children. 😂 I highly recommend these classes.

I am really new to Yoga and chose Yoga Pad Henley as I have known Isie for a while. The classes I have attended have been very challenging and really enjoyable. They are busy and popular, but it is great, as you still get one on one support when you need it. Jenna has been so encouraging with me with the more challenging poses for myself and the tips and pointers she has given me so far have helped me to progress already. Love the class, the people and can't wait for my session each week :) thanks xx

I love going to yoga at Yoga Pad! All of the teachers (Isie, Jenna, Sally and Stacey) are wonderful and we always have a lot of fun. I recently took the 6 week Ashtanga Vinyasa Course lead by Sally and it was one of the best courses I’ve done. I really improved my postures and gained so much confidence so THANK YOU YOGA PAD!

I love Yoga Pad Henley. Isie and Stacey are brilliant teachers. They create such a positive and inspiring atmosphere in their classes. What I love is their kind and welcoming attitude to everyone. They give you the confidence to try and persevere. When I started I was convinced there were poses that would never work for me.....well, I was wrong, I'm so excited about the progress I've made and as Isie always reminds us "practice and all is coming". Yoga is now as important to me as my running. It's keeping me strong, flexible and completely off injuries from running.
