My go to taxi service in Watford. Always polite, ready to arrange, and no unexpected fees. Not sure why their rating has dropped so much, but it doesn't reflect my experiences.

This is honestly the best driver / taxi service I have experienced anywhere. I fully recommend them, especially if you are visiting the Harry Potter Experience. I used them 3 times during our stay - the drivers were on time, courteous, knowledgeable, and happy to help. The dispatch centre was cheerful and courteous. A million times better than the general taxi service from the train station which took us to the wrong hotel after wasting time on the meter googling the address I gave him! Go with Amber and you can't go wrong.
