Good gym. Friendly instructors. Classes to choose from if you want or just do your own thing. Highly recommend
This place is where Arnold would be proud to train. The most advanced machines, the best coaches and staff and what a great atmosphere. In particular, I spent time with Ashley who is probably the best person I've worked with. Highly motivational and took time to understand me and what I wanted to achieve. He set me on the right path and I haven't looked back ever since. Thanks Ashley.
Best gym in Henley bar none. Superb Technogym equipment, clean, great showers and really enthusiastic and knowledgeable Personal Trainers. Best price I've found in the area too.
