The best Reformer classes in Henley! My core strength has improved massively since starting Reformer classes at Studio RG9. The studio is bright, clean and airy with lots of free parking which is such a help. I can't wait for my next class! Highly recommend 😀
What a brilliant way to get fit and strong- I’m hooked and can’t understand why more guys don’t try it. With Elly as your instructor it’s hard work but a lot of fun. Give it a go
For me the best reformer pilates class in Henley. I love going to Elly's classes as she makes you work hard but also makes it fun and enjoyable. I always leave feeling like I have had a great workout and with Elly's expert guidance I am in the best shape I have been in years. The studio is lovely and bright and there is plenty of free parking which is a real bonus.
Really enjoy this Studio! Elly totally knows her stuff, the classes friendly and fun but still a strong and focused workout. Highly recommend.
Just love Ellie’s classes. Having had a back problem for many years Simply Reformer Stretch classes have strengthened my core thereby helping to protect my weak lower back. The Jump board Cardio classes are a tough workout but lots of fun !
