Alyth's gentle attention to each member of her class means we all feel personally and skilfully looked after. She has patience (and persistence) with all shapes and sizes, and uses a variety of equipment to train and balance our bodies, in the friendliest way. Highly recommended.
I can thoroughly recommend Alyth’s Pilates classes. I have a minor back injury and Alyth is very caring and always offers special attention to anyone with a particular problem area. I feel stronger as a result, her professionalism and superb knowledge of the body gives you total confidence in her ability.
Alyth is a wonderful instructor, she always tailors the exercises to my individual needs and has been very supportive in helping me work on my back problems. I highly recommend her.
Alyth's Pilates classes are excellent. I remember feeling a bit anxious when I started, never having done it before, but Alyth's gentle encouragement and individual attention meant that I immediately relaxed. I really felt that I progressed during my time in these classes and I was very sad when I moved away from the area! I recommend Alyth's classes to anybody of any ability.
I have been attending Alyth's classes for over 2 years and can highly recommend her as an excellent and experienced teacher. The classes are varied with different equipment, and Alyth gives everyone individual attention and encouragement so they can progress at their own rate.
