We have been getting takeaway from this restaurant for years and it has never failed to please. We either eat there or collect our takeaway ourselves. However yesterday I noticed that Just eat now deliver so with great anticipation I placed an order for delivery. The meal that was delivered bore no resemblance to any food previously supplied by Taste of China, the quality of the ingredients had noticeably changed and were extremely poor, the food could not have been cooked by the same chef at all ! I am convinced that the meal must have come from a different establishment. Has the management or chef changed? We would be really sorry to lose this formerly fine restaurant but would not order delivery from Just eat again. Can Taste of China explain please what has happened?

Just a word of advise. Try and get the old chef back before you lose so many more old customers otherwise I certainly won’t be returning after coming for many years and looking at the reviews it seems others feel the same

PLEASE STAY AWAY IF YOU WANT TO LIVE! Me and my family ordered food from here last night for the first time through just eat. We were disgusted to have been served RAW chicken. Not a little bit pink, pure raw! We contacted the shop who were happy for us to drive down and show them the chicken then guess what, we got there and the shop was shut! These people are happy to poison their customers and run away from the problem. We have reported them to just eat and we are reporting them to environmental health before customers get food poisoning from this place. We are hoping we do not get ill from this. Delicious takeaway - the salt and chilli prawns were particularly delicious (nice and spicy!), Lovely fluffy egg fried rice, and the ginger beef was lovely - really tender and with lovely large bits of ginger in it. Will be back!
