The pharmacist couldn't have been more helpful, even contacting the manufacturers direct to try to get hold of my medication when no local chemists could supply it. All staff are friendly and efficient; I would definitely recommend.
The Pharmacist here goes above and beyond. I have had trouble getting my prescription from my Doctors sent through to Andrew's chemist. I have had to chase up my prescription myself when the surgery said it would be done by today/tomorrow etc. I called the Pharmacist to check they had in stock the blood thinning injections I needed to prevent my blood clotting post surgery. He said he would order them in even though he hadn't yet received the prescription and after a lot of searching found the right dosage and supplier needed and got them in BEFORE receiving the prescription. I know I wouldn't have received this flexibility and help from one of the larger chemists and am so glad I always use Andrews, not just for medical stuff, I get my Clarins bits there too. Thank you so much for your help.
We were amazed how helpful they are at Andrews Chemist. We had difficulty getting a prescription medicine for our son's epilepsy and they, unlike all the other chain chemists: Lloyds, boots, Tesco, even other independents, were able to get this the same day. They were also very friendly. Use them they're great.
