Seriously beware. Do not answer the phone. So if they mess up the order, you cant get it sorted. No point setting a time for delivery, it will leave around 20mins after it is meant to arrive. HONESTLY, save money, hassle, and delays and try somewhere else - anywhere else!!!!!!!! 😁
Worst domino's franchise I've ever seen, The domino's from Sandhurst or Wokingham are much nicer than these lot, and better tasting food too, and a better delivery radius aswell, avoid that franchise at all costs!!!
Maybe lower the order radius for this Domino's so that the service is not overworked?
I wouldn't be able to order anymore as I live close to the edge of delivery range but the staff cannot manage the amount of orders that are coming in and it's clear.
My past 3 orders have all been delivered late, required me to call for the delivery to actually be sent out after the app tells me the delivery is completed. All the food has been cold, and when you're paying a "premium" for the franchise of Domino's you deserve hot food at least.
It's sad that the service in this state and the management really needs to make a change of some kind to improve workflow or decrease the workload of this broken system.
Rude and never ready when they say
Over an hour and a half for delivery, turned up cold.
It's clear they're trying to schedual too many deliveries into one trip. Canceled the order and cooked my own pizza.
