They have had no idea if the load booked in or not. The office staff refused to walk in to their own warehouse (3 minutes walk) to find the right person to ask if it is booked in or not and find a meaningless, ridiculous reason not to do that. The reason? What if a driver turns up at the window. (Nobady turned up since 30 minutes) What a can do attitude boys....
