Order was completely incorrect and they refuse to answer the phone, it is now not even ringing now, they could be busy dealing with other customers, but it almost seems like the phone is off the hook, tried periodically to call every 5 minutes and its never once rang, The order is also not even close to the amount I had actually paid for, i am about £20 short, I will continue to call after this post, but i think they know the number so its not going to happen. Customer service extremely poor, would not recommend, Just as an added bonus the food was not even warm
Normally get a great deal and some lovely foods. Always tastes fresh. Only downside is the food could be hotter on arrival.
Have been ordering from here for a couple of years.. Never had a bad meal. Food tastes lovely full of flavour I've recommended this establishment to many of my friends and family and they agree one of the best around.
Great food and the very friendly staff are always pleased to see me when I collect and there's no delivery charge unlike some takeaways in Stevenage. Recommended.
