We had never been to Letchworth before. The member of staff on the door was very pleasant & helpful. She made sure that we knew how to operate the self ordering machine. She then showed us to our table, & came over a bit later to make sure that we didn't need anything. A very pleasant experience.
Drive through only, quick service not too bad queues
My daughters of 2 and 4's mother decided to to tell me my daughters are going VEGAN (obviously not there choice!). My daughters love the idea of having their rare MacDonalds and go bonkers at the sight of any golden arch. Since this new vegan challenge the main obstacle is keeping the girls happy whilst denying them milk, chocolate, fish and eggs (not that they crave fish and eggs).
This is a five star review because the managers here allowed me to swap the nuggets in a happy meal with a fruit bag allowing my girls to enjoy the golden arches whilst still keeping my ex happy (well I hope anyway). In any case I bet its still not good enough. Stay tuned in for the aftermath.
A lovely service anyway during these challenging times for all of us.
