Me and my girlfriend were quite apprehensive about returning to the cinema due to the current situation. However, we had a great time and thoroughly enjoyed our Cineworld cinema experience. Staff were super friendly and professional at all times. We felt very safe and the facilities were clean. Despite these uncertain times, a trip to the cinema is still very pleasant.
A very decent place to watch movies with your loved ones or friends. Never had any problems with them. The sound quality in the cinema is excellent as well. So i prefer watching movies in there
Me and my friend are 17, we had pre booked tickets for a certified 15 film, there was no specification on the website to bring id and seeing as we are more then old enough we did not think this would be an issue; however when we were at the ticket check point we were turned away, we accepted the refund only to be told that my money could not be refunded instantly as it had been payed through paypal ( again this was not specified on the website) this meant i was down in money and affected our later plans. Appalling service, do not recommend and they need to sort their website out as if this has been clearly stated when we booked the tickets this would not have been an issue, very disappointed!
Obviously certain restrictions have been put in place regarding seating & masks, etc but otherwise it was great & pretty much the same as it was before... But better as you don't have to share an arm rest with a perfect stranger 😉
