Ordered through Just Eat (a joke in itself)!! Order was wrong and missed items. I now have a 7 yr old to feed and Mum will go hungry!! This is meant to be a treat ..... I will never order from either again!!!! Shocking customer service and I’m gutted. Not the first time but NEVER AGAIN!

KFC delivered a meal I had NOT ordered & left it outside my door. They did not ring nor knock - just left it! I found it by accident when I went to the car. I rang the KFC No on the bag 4 times & got an automated system that would not let me speak to human being each time - just played a recorded message referring me to their app & then cut off. I rang the Customer's No & there was no response! I rang the local shop & with some difficulty got them to grasp that I had a delivery in error. They would NOT put me through to the Manager despite repeated requests, they would not say what to do with the sealed KFC bag, simply saying that "that the delivery company will sort it out" How I do not know because they do not have my address - I am left with the strong impression that they simply do not care. I feel sorry for their Customer who has prepaid £11.17p & is probably still waiting for their meal. Also if this is an example of KFCs Customer Care they can forget me as a customer & I used to like their chicken!! This KFC delivery is going in the BIN!

Got a zinger meal on sunday and 12 hours later i was seriously ill for 24 hours. not the first time we have had a dodgy experience here, last time we felt a bit off. but i thought i would give them another chance.... my mistake i wont be back!!

The chicken actually tastes bad compared to a good KFC. I always keep the Hemel Hempstead KFC as gold standard and this one comes nowhere close and I still buy multiple times a month since I cannot keep off kfc

they took my order number 5006 costing £61 (order online) when i went to collect they said it was not there, when i asked about my order they could not tell me, i showed them the confirmation email of order 3 times they tried to delete the email. THE FOOLS I HAD SCREEN SHOTTED IT LOL. so still got confirmation of order. BEWARE THEY STILL REFUSED ORDER I AM NOW £61 DOWN, NO FOOD, NO ANSWER OTHER THEN RING HEAD OFFICE WHICH ARE SHUT BECAUSE COVID I RANG IN FRONT AND SHOWED THE MANAGER THERE SHUT STILLLL NNOOO HELPP ITS SUNDAY TODAY TOMORROW TO HEAD OFFICE 4 VERY HUNGRY CHILDREN AND 2 ADULTS WITH OUT THERE CHICKEN
