Missing items having moved from one end of England to the other - guitar, large A1 folder full of memorable items and set of steps missing; all unusually sized items, so one wouldn't have thought they could be mistaken for a standard packing box that could be easily missed. My move was back in Dec 2019, still nothing from them! I wouldn't recommend I'm afraid.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! Me and my mum used this company to pack, store and move our household contents and it was AWFUL! Once we had moved into our new house following everything being in storage items were missing (which they tried to blame us for) and items were damaged. Even though we had taken out insurance, they did not want to pay out and had an excuse for everything. They only said they would pay once we had said we were seeking legal action and what we did get paid was nothing compared to the amount of damage and loss caused. As well as this, the staff were either rude or extremely inappropriate to both me and my mum. Moving house is stressful enough without having to deal with people like this. Don't give your trust or money to this company!

Although we didn't move with this company due to date availability, the office staff we spoke to, and dealt with daily, were superstars!! Emma & Susan in particular, were patient, understanding and extremely helpful during alot of back and forth and rerunning of quotes. Thank you.

On the day the two guys who helped us move were very professional, very polite and ridiculously speedy and efficient at what they do. They made our lives so easy and were more than happy to accommodate any requested we had.
