This gym has an excellent range of equipment for all muscle groups.
Some unique pieces are the belt squat, pendulum squat and vertical leg press. They also have a range of prime equipment which allows you overload specific portions of the range of motion.
Staff are very friendly and the atmosphere is great. You won't need headphones here, they've got you covered.
Day pass is also really cheap. Definitely worth a visit.
hands down the best gym in the area. Its a shame all gyms are shut during the pandemic but I recommend for everyone to join when gyms are open again.
Got to love this gym. Amazing staff and great music!
