Ordered 3 piece and fries with a Pepsi. Paid for my order waited a few minutes. Got my meal drink came in a Krushem cup as the had no lids for regular type cups. Sat down after kicking a few chips out the way. Floor was greasy and full of food. Didn't seem that busy but could've been around wiping tables. Toilets had no soap in them but was amend. It seems like they cook so many chips at one time by the time you receive them they're like cardboard. Hot wings seemed a little hotter recently. Chicken was warm but greasy as if just came out. Seemed to be under staffed. Not my first here and would admit every other time before that couldn't be faulted. I travel a bit way out as seems to be one of the better restaurants and more likely better food. I would come but if next time would be similar I may change my KFC to another.
Went through drive thru with QR code to scan for a box meal, girl scanned code and still ended up paying more, received no staws with our drinks and fries were lukewarm. Burger was brilliant but customer service leaves much to be desired.
Terrible. Just got home with my drive through. Both box meals were missing additional chicken pieces. One of the burgers in the box meal was the wrong one and the chicken in both burgers was over cooked or something as he was rubbery to the bite, hope I feel alright in a few days. Really disappointing, do not recommend, can't believe how wrong an order we got.

Even with the current circumstances the staff make you feel welcome and the food is fresh and tasty.
