I placed an order for a very expensive pencil, then realised I had ordered a 0.7 when I wanted a 0.9. James was extremely understanding and cancelled the order without a fuss. He even backed it up with an email for my peace of mind. I will definitely use The Pen Company again and their price for this particular item was significantly lower than anywhere else.

Please please please respond to my emails?? We placed an order with you which was accepted and confirmed on 7th May 2020. We have not received the items and I've had no response from my follow-up emails since.
