Ask them 3 month ago to cancel my membership, they send me email we notificed you cancellation , but still chardge me, realy bad comunication whith support team, they don't take any responosobility for this ,no ansew at all ,

Need to book on the app/site which is great, stops overcrowding. You get a 90 min time slot which you have finish before the next time slot starts. The gym have done a great job moving equipment around to be more distanced. Cleaning wipes, anti bacterial sprays and paper towel have been made available throughout the whole gym.
*Most* members are using the sanitising products provided, cleaning the equipment and following the distancing guidelines however there are still some people less considerate... probably the same people who wear the same smelly gym gear for two days running.
Terrible customer service, problems with membership when first joined was not registered properly for at least 2 months and had to sign direct debit contract 3 times for no apparent reason and again when trying to leave. They do not honor the terms in their contract.
1st time back since lock down, all clean and equipment is well spaced out. Must book a time slot to go via the app.
