Great Gym, friendly staff, the owner is very knowledgeable as are his team. I'm been to many guys such as Holmes Place, David Lloyds, et al. But this is by far the best experience. It's been newly refurbished and I can't praise them highly enough
I have been attending this gym for almost a year and have already renewed my membership for another 2 years! The support you get from the staff is amazing. The trainers seem to know everyone by name and there is always someone with a smile ready to give help and guidance if needed. The fitness45 sessions are definitely worth the extra few £ for the added motivation and satisfaction from a workout. We'll done Syndale 😁
if you are thinking of joining the gym then look no further than Syndale Park. I can highly recommend. All the staff are extremely helpful and encouraging. Fitness 45 sessions are an excellent way to work out, either one to one or in a small group. I find that a small group makes you work just that little bit harder.
It has what I need and the trainer's know what they are doing and can provide a great personal workout or even help with an injury
