Visited earlier today for lunch, both food & service was exceptional. Was explained the COVID guidelines by Owain who was really friendly and showed us to our table. Felt really safe in the restaurant, all staff wearing masks (even those in the kitchen) and brilliant social distancing measures in place. Food came quickly and was super tasty, would definitely recommend! Staff couldn't do enough for us, checking back on starters/mains and offering refills. Outstanding service all in all, can't say a bad word about the Merthyr store, always a pleasant experience every time we visit! Looking forward to going again soon, it makes our day!

Thoroughly enjoyed from beginning to end. Staff were brilliant, food was lush and felt safe/ comfortable throughout. Will definitely keep going back 😍🥰

Having just been refused entry with my wife and grandson because we didn’t have letters on us confirming that we both lived at the same address. How many people carry letters on them when going out for food. The assistant who met us at the door required identification from us both that we lived at the same address. We had bank cards on us confirming our surname was the same but this identification was not acceptable. I could not find anything on your website informing people of this requirement before we arrived. There were no other customers inside the restaurant at this time. I can now see why. One very disappointed grandson.

We booked 3 tables last night for my granddaughters birthday. The waitress we had was definitely not a people person and everything seemed like a chore for her. When it came to paying the bill,although we had sorted it out between ourselves so that only two people split the bill between 3 tables she was inpatient and rude. She was the only member of staff not wearing a mask but it may have been better if she had and then we wouldn't have had to see her miserable expression , won't be rushing back!

Me and the wife went back to F&B's as this was the first place me and the wife went on a date. The food has always been amazing and the staff are always very helpful. The new system they have in place works so well and the booking and menu system are easy to use. Will definitely be back
