I ordered food and half an hour after I ordered had a phone call saying it would be delivered in 20 mins. I waited over an hour and restaurant had closed and no food order. Already paid for my order as well so unable to contact them. paid for my food and no food arrived. Not the first time I have paid for food from this restaurant upfront only to have to chase it back because no food has been delivered. Not impressed.
Ordered food on the just eat app, an hour before the shop closed the accepted my order toke my money and then looked again the shop had closed leaving me with no food and £20 wasted
I ordered chips with curry sauce and "2 small sausages" and it shows up, and the chips are dry, so I tip them onto my plate and the sauce is all congealed at the bottom, like they'd been sat there for ages, and the "2 small sausages" was a jumbo sausage broken in half I had to throw the chips away, there was no way to salvage them. Very disappointing
Ordered on the app (Friday 5th), waited an HOUR only to have the app then tell me it has been cancelled even though I paid for it. Phoned up not once but twice and told it is coming and out for delivery. Never turned up. Just be honest, if it was cancelled and not coming just tell me. We waited for food that was never coming and could have gone anywhere else.
