Had a fantastic meal at Doughboy Pizzas last night. Had a lovely chat with the owner, who was very welcoming and said we could pick whatever we wanted on the pizzas as he was making it from scratch, which was super.
The garlic bread and the pizzas were delicious, probably the best pizza I've had for a very long time, if not ever. Crispy bases, lots of cheese, lovely flavours, and you could tell all the ingredients were really good.
When I said to the owner that we had attempted making our own pizzas during lockdown, he gave us some tips and talked us through how to make the bases more crispy.
Shame we don't live closer as we'd love to visit again, if you're in Kington you must visit, you won't be disappointed :)
Great pizza. Soft dough, we ate at the new location in Hereford.
Love this place. Excellent pizzas using quality ingredients and proper pizza dough. The guy that took my order was super friendly. We had a goats cheese and spinach pizza and two Margarita's to take out. Very happy. Highly recommended.
