Absolutely ridiculous. Paid member for gym and swim yet we can't book. Phone lines aren't accepting calls, Facebook messenger you receive no response from. I understand that it is a tough time for everyone right now but to pretty much cut out contact is ridiculous. We've paid for a service that we can't even get into.
Good to get back in the pool. New one-way system in place to negate Covid risk, in through the main entrance and out through a side door. Staff very helpful.
It's a place full of Ironmen and ladies, so experience is there in abundance for anyone to tap into. Staff are great and very helpful the class I've attended have been well structured and challenging, with the classes tailored to different fitness level and ability.
Never experienced any problems...staff are friendly... Clean and hygienic... Water in the pool is often on the cool side... overall a great place..
Enjoyed my swim. I booked my lane online. Well organised when l got their.
